Dear Crew Advisor,
Thank you for taking on the responsibility of preparing your Crew for Trai Khai Pha 2, the National Vietnamese Venturing Supercamp at Rancho Alegre Scout Camp in Santa Barbara from June 27th, 2014 to July 3rd, 2014. This summer there will be countless opportunities to try new things, build character, and have fun making memories that will last a lifetime! This event has been created to bring the best that Venturing has to offer to your units. This camp will be a great experience for all those in attendance. Please take some time to read the FAQ about our event in order to get an understanding of what you can expect prior to and upon arrival at camp. We will have all of the necessary forms that each person will need to fill out and have signed by a parent or guardian in order to attend camp. We want to push the limits of what our Venturers can do. Even though the camp in next year, we have already begun the planning process and are in full swing. The cost of the camp for Venturers is $250, and for adults, $200. A 50% deposit is due on February 28th, and the remainder is due by March 31st, 2015 Registration is now open. Kính thưa quý Trưởng,
Xin cám ơn quý Trưởng đã dành thì giờ chuẩn bị cho các thanh sinh cho kỳ trại Khai Phá 2 - National Vietnamese Venturing Supercamp - tại Rancho Alegre Scout Camp ở Santa Barbara từ 27/6 đến 3/7/2015. Kỳ trại hè này sẽ là cơ hội để các em học hỏi các điều mới lạ, củng cố tinh thần hướng đạo, và nhất là các em sẽ có một kỳ trại đầy kỷ niệm và hứng thú. Xin quý Trưởng đọc qua những câu trả lời có sẵn (FAQ) để biết thêm chi tiết để chuẩn bị cho đơn vị mình trước khi nhập trại. Những đơn từ cần thiết sẽ được gửi đến từng đơn vị để phụ huynh ký cho phép các em nhập trại. Mặc dù trại sẽ được tổ chức hè năm tới, chúng tôi đã bắt đầu chuẩn bị từ bây giờ. Trại phí sẽ là $250 cho thanh sinh và $200 cho người lớn. Xin quý Trưởng đặt trước 50% trước ngày 28/2/2015 và 50% còn lại trước ngày 31/3/2015. Trại phí sẽ tăng sau ngày 31/3/2015.
